Pulsar Catalogue package retrieved on 2026-08-11.

The ATNF download page states that PSRCAT is free software and may be
redistributed or modified under the GNU General Public License as published
by the Free Software Foundation, version 3 or, at the user's option, any
later version. It also states that PSRCAT is distributed without warranty,

particular purpose.
