Where these files came from
  loans.tsv, labels.ndjson, items.ndjson and audit-exclusions.ndjson are derived
  from 505 JSON responses fetched on 10 September 2026 from
  https://borrowing.stir.ac.uk/api/v2/1/json/page/<pid>
  The page IDs are every integer from 1641 through 2134, plus 147055, 147058,
  147067, 147070, 147073, 147076, 147079, 147082, 147085, 147088 and 147091.
  The ordered concatenation of those response bodies is 20,203,804 bytes with
  SHA-256 bfda6719b2836a491e549b4ffc78094f3454467c40ac0c16ab7dfa0455c3b16a.

  page-1646.jpg is the unmodified IIIF derivative of National Library of
  Scotland MS 16480 folio 16, fetched on the same day from
  https://borrowing.stir.ac.uk/iiif/3/1%2fMS16480-0016.jpg/full/1200,/0/color.jpg
  and served through the same project.

Licence
  The API documentation at https://borrowing.stir.ac.uk/api/v2/ states
  CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/) and asks
  for attribution to the project above. The DataSTORRE repository record at
  https://datastorre.stir.ac.uk/handle/11667/233 instead states CC BY-NC 4.0,
  without ShareAlike. The two statements disagree. This deposit uses the more
  restrictive API statement.

  These derived files, and any database rights in them, are therefore offered
  under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. Reuse must keep this notice, credit the project above,
  say what was changed, and stay non-commercial. Written clarification from the
  University of Stirling is needed before any commercial use, and the coverage of
  the manuscript image by the API statement has not been confirmed with the
  National Library of Scotland.

Changes: this is an adaptation, not a copy
  - Only borrowing records with instats = Y and isactive = Y, an integer
    holding.bhid, and a complete valid Gregorian date were retained: 4,973 of
    5,203 raw records.
  - Retained records were reduced to six tab separated fields in loans.tsv
    (date, register id, manifest page order, record page order, borrowing id,
    holding id), sorted by those fields in that order.
  - labels.ndjson keeps only the stripped transcription and standardised title
    for each retained borrowing.
  - items.ndjson keeps only the borrowing id, item id (biid) and part number for
    every raw borrowing record, ordered by numeric part then item id.
  - audit-exclusions.ndjson keeps the same reduced fields for the 230 excluded
    records, plus the reason each was excluded.
  - Borrower names, identifiers, gender, occupation, address, subscription type,
    notes, return dates, edition and work identifiers, authors, genres,
    languages, publication facts, catalogue links, editorial metadata and all
    HTML markup were removed.
  - page-1646.jpg is unmodified.
