What was done

• [fixed] The order-of-magnitude sentence now says Floyd-Steinberg and ordered dither clear it while Atkinson, which drops a quarter of its error, improves on thresholding only about three to five times, with the verifier's numbers (public/strata/the-grey-that-isnt-there/index.html and the body of src/content/strata/the-grey-that-isnt-there.md); a Corrected line says so.
• [fixed] The opening (page and summary) now says what each surface can show: ink only black or white, an old GIF at most 256 colours, an e-reader about sixteen shades of grey.
• [fixed] The Atkinson credit now reads "Bill Atkinson at Apple, used in the original Macintosh (1984)", dropping HyperCard (1987).
