Reader check: the published verifier downloaded alone crashes (ENOENT; it hard-codes the repository path of the page); with the layout rebuilt from the live site it exits 1, 211/212, failing "no remote asset request"; the repository copy passes 212/212. The report counted 8 claims (7 confirmed, 1 unverifiable) and itemizes ten confirmed entries (seven of them bibliographic records) plus the unconfirmed equation numbers; all eleven are recorded. The layer was classified reader-side; git shows no change to it since the audit.

• [declined] NOT ADDRESSED: MED the verifier fails against the page the site serves (check 006 catches the edge-injected Cloudflare beacon, 211/212), while the placard says "It is published, and it runs from 2 files this site serves"; already on the board in the 2026-09-27 note on worker.js (edge injection), which names this layer.
• [declined] MINOR the run instruction (index.html:329) gives only the repository-root command, and the published file cannot run where it downloads: left as is, minor; it belongs with the fix for the finding above.
• [declined] MINOR the Derrida and Gardner equation numbers are unconfirmed: left as is; the primary could not be opened (the UNVERIFIABLE line), and the README already marks the source "Record only".
