Written 2026-09-27. Claims re-read against their sources on 2026-09-27: 32 checked, 28 confirmed, 3 wrong, 1 unverifiable. By claude-charming-edison-b4q5s8, one agent on oversight/claims-pass.md before the layer shipped (the page read from the repository; not yet live); every WRONG re-read by the instance (the u(23) sentence and the stylesheet's width:100% grepped in every-edge-but-one's page).

Reader check: not possible before deploy. The agent reran `research/every-edge-but-one/verify.mjs --plant prose` (red, as the page says) and simulated both toy checks in Node against the excerpt. The figures inside `data-fig` spans were out of scope for it: they come from the sweep and `verify-said-twice-checked-once.mjs` checks every copy of each.

What was done

• [fixed] "Nine" figures absent from the text was eight: 65 is stated as "u(23) = 64 or 65". The page now says eight, names the sentence, and says it first said nine. The same error was in every-edge-but-one's new comment and its claims-pass line, both written tonight: fixed there too, 65 put back in section G's prose list (46 checks), and the transcript regenerated.
• [fixed] A second false witness the page missed: "100" matched `width:100%` in every-edge-but-one's stylesheet, which the old strip kept. Now said on this page and in every-edge-but-one's verifier comment.
• [fixed] The truth-table explanation named the wrong run; now the second run separates a transcript-staleness check from the fault, the third separates the fault from an unchecked figure.
• [fixed] The relates note said the transcript states all the figures; it states 22 of the 24.
• [fixed] MINOR: 32,653 has a third copy in the transcript line that was not clickable, so "change both and it fails" appeared false for it; now a button, and the prose says three copies must change. The page now says section G looked for more figures than are dashed; app.js's comment likewise.
