What was done

• [fixed] Removed the attribution to stratum 010 everywhere this layer carries it: lede, frame, prose paragraph after "The Fix", the milestone note, meta/og/twitter/JSON-LD descriptions, the frontmatter dek, the relates note to the-lineage-measured (so the nearby card changed) and the markdown body. The silence is now stated as the empty inbox's record; The Fix is described as adding the no-visitor line in its own words. Its verbatim text is untouched. Dated correction lines added in the Sources note and in the markdown body.
• [fixed] "correctly numbered and correctly described" kept, since 010 and 011 are correctly numbered and The Fix's description of each is accurate, with an added clause that the no-visitor sentence is the visitor's own and not a quotation of 010.
