Reader check: the page offers nothing to run or download and the layer has no verifier (no research/the-machine/), so there was no reader check to run and no self-reading verifier to probe. Instead the pass ran two checks of its own: the page's timeIn() for Ushuaia against plain UTC-3 arithmetic, every 7 minutes across 2026 and 2027 (150,172 samples, 0 mismatches), and the stationary probability of every behaviour from the weights, including the reroll rule, to test the rarity claim.
