Reader check: the page offers nothing to run and has no verifier, so there was no reader check and no self-reading probe. Instead the pass lifted the page's DATA block into node: it printed "5 occurrences" for the instrument titled "every עלמה in the Hebrew Bible", and "7 layers · ≈2,000 years" for layers spanning about 730 BCE to 1952.

• [fixed] The concordance now has seven rows (Isaiah 7:14 added, Song 1:3 and 6:8 separate) and counts references: "7 occurrences"; the footnote says 7 for the noun, more if the musical term עֲלָמוֹת is folded in.
• [fixed] The caution is credited to the Theological Wordbook of the Old Testament (Harris, Archer, Waltke, 1980, p. 672), with BDB's actual gloss beside it.
